When
I log in with Web browser, there is a script error and the folder
is not displayed |
This is because there
is a folder name including special characters in Webhard. If there
is a folder name including any special character for folders in Webhard,
the Webhard folder list may not properly work out when you log in
to Webhard via the Web. It is recommended not to use any special character
in the folder name, if possible. |
When downloading, a message saying <it is transferring other files> shows up.up. |
This is a status message that is displayed when many people access the Webhard using only one user ID simultaneously. If you are accessing via the Web, only 3 files may be simultaneously downloaded.
Before the first 3 are finished, the fourth will not be carried out. If multiple users work together continuously, this situation will happen repeatedly. So it is not recommended to share the account with others. To avoid this, first stop others from using your account (user ID), and then try again. |

I cannot
delete folders or files. |
Check first if there is
any special character in the file or folder name. If you have a files
or folders including any special characters such as $, ^, etc.,
the Delete Function does not work. When you encounter this type of
problems, send the problem described in detail to the Customer Center.

There is no difference
in total capacity even though I delete files/folders in Webhard.
When you delete files
or folders in the Webhard account, they are moved to Trash Can.
When there is no change in total storage size, check if the deleted
are still in Trash Can.
If you are sure that those deleted are not usable, delete those ermanently
and then check the storage size again. Note that the files or folders
deleted in Trash Can can not restored. |

Open and save confirm
window does not show up when downloading. |
If you use the Internet
Explorer Ver.5.5 or upgrade version In Windows 98/NT/2000, the browser
may directly execute or open the file without showing the window confirming
whether you want to download it or not.
For the MS Office files like Word (.doc), Excel (.xls), & PowerPoint
(.ppt), it can be resolved by downloading and executing cnfupd.exe
(http://www.itinside.net/files/cnfupd.exe), an Office Document Open
Confirmation Tool.
Or, in the case of MS Office files or other types of files, their
relevant settings can be changed at Tools
Folder Options File Types in the Windows Explorer. |
